WEEK 8 Reflection (POWER-POINT)

WEEK 8 - Reflection (Power Point)

Steps in creating a Power Point:

  • Open Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • For my power point it just came straight to a blank template, if you want it to replace you may click the design tab and have a choice in choosing the one you prefer.
  • After the above you may add the amount of slides you may need by either pressing the "ENTER" button or go in slides icon and select new slide.
  • After doing the above step it is now time to add information to your slides.
  • In doing so, click on the slide where the information is to be placed. Then  add your title of your presentation.
  • Follow along after the cover page is the following slide in which you place you information about your presentation or about your topic.
  • Adding images to the slide is as easy as it is! images can be added by pressing the "Insert" icon and select images.
  • In power point, effects can also be added to change the appearance of the slides by tapping on the "Animation" icon.
  • Then afterwards, you may select how you want the slide to disappear whether my wheeling it out etc.
  • Also sound may be added while the slide is changing to another slide.

The Challenge I faced while completing this task was?
I had no challenges, i was quite familiar with power point because I've used it before.

How will I apply this to everyday life?

I am already apply it in my everyday life but I will apply it even more in the classrooms to visually representation information to my students instead of just talking and also to cater for my verbal and visual learners.

CONCLUSION
I've use this application before so it was quite familiar to me but I never got the chance to add animations and now I do.
