WEEK 7 Reflection on Digital Storytelling

Week 7 Refection 

The task for Week 7 was to Make A Movie.

Steps in doing so:

1. Download Windows Movie Maker
2. Select a clip or a image you want to add to your movie and place it in the Collection area.
3. To add the clip or a image to your movie, drag the clip or the image into one of the boxes in the Storyboard.
4. Add more images and videos until you have complete the movie.
5. After doing so, your movie could be edited by adding transitions or tan effect could be added to the images/ clip.
6. On each picture to say what is happening or show a title could be added.
7. In editing a song or music can me incorporate the improve the movie.
8. Finally before exporting the movie, preview it to see if everything is organize correctly and to ensure that the movie is perfect.
9. Then EXPORT VIDEO.

The Challenge I faced while completing this task were:

  - The challenge I faced upon completing this task was to actually edit the movie.

How I overcome this task/challenge?

 I overcome this task by asking a colleague in helping me out.

How will I apply this to everyday life?

Movie Maker can be applied to my everyday life by creating a movie to display to my students so I can cater for my Verbal and Visual learners in my classroom.

Conclusion

I actually learnt a lot upon completing this task. First of all I've never create a movie before and I didn't know what to do. So in completing this task I learnt and got a chance in how to create a movie.
